Ross Family October 2015 News
Mike & I have been back in Oaxaca for almost 4 weeks. We are both feeling settled back into the routine here and are enjoying being with our Oaxacan friends once again.
Thank you for your prayers. Mike's pilot's license has been renewed for three years. Joan's visa paperwork has been submitted and we are awaiting final approval on it.
We still do not have approval to do the engine change in the U.S. The current plan is for Chuck & Amos to fly the airplane to Nampa next week. They will proceed with a two month long major inspection. If we don't receive permission for the engine change before the plane is ready to return, they will ship the engine to Mexico and do the work at an approved shop here. Please pray for safety as they fly North, a smooth inspection with no surprises and permission for the engine change.
Please pray for wisdom as we rework our local aviation budget to reflect the devaluation of the Peso. We want to keep our priority of reaching the most physically and spiritually needy through the the whole budget process.
We treasure your prayers!
