Practice Run in the Commons
Getting Ready for the Auditorium Renovations
What is it?
A Sunday when our services are held in the Commons instead of the Auditorium.
When is it?
Sunday morning and evening, March 30 and April 27, 2014.
Why are we doing this?
As part of our vision for Building Into the Next Generation, we are planning to begin renovations to the Auditorium. During that time, we will be meeting in the Commons for our Sunday services. We are using this practice run to better learn and prepare for the many adjustments we’ll need to make in order to hold regular services in the Commons.

Meet Ralph and Bob, Parkside
During the last week of August, cement trucks came in droves and crews poured and finished the foundation for Parkside Church’s new children’s wing. Once the concrete was set, crews were onsite at the start of September to begin setting the steel beams for the rest of the structure. Both projects mark major milestones for Parkside’s vision of building into the next generation and have been expertly managed by our representatives in the field, Ralph Repp and Robert (Bob) McCoy, co-owners of Choice Repps Construction Advisers.

Building Into the Next Generation: Changes Around Parkside Church
Parkside Church’s vision for Building Into the Next Generation has been rooted in the importance of investing in Gospel relationships for Gospel growth which includes the care and education of our children. Building Into the Next Generation Update: Plans for the VFW Building
The unassuming, faded yellow building that once cared for Veterans of Foreign Wars has long sat as the quiet neighbor of our busy and bustling Parkside Church. Acquired by Parkside in 2009, the site of the old VFW building will find new purpose as the home of Truth For Life, Pastor Alistair Begg’s teaching ministry.

Building into the Next Generation: Building Plans Update
At our annual meeting Alistair updated the congregation on the elders’ current thinking on the plans for Building into the Next Generation. He acknowledged that it has been a prayerful and profitable exercise to have our plans refined. We are seeking to achieve our initial objectives in a different way.

Update of Building Plans
On Sunday, October 14, 2012, at the 7 p.m. service, Parkside Church held its 2011 annual meeting. During that time, Alistair Begg, on behalf of the Elders, updated the congregation on the refinements to our vision of Building into the Next Generation.

Help Make Parking Smoother
On Sunday Mornings (beginning Oct. 28) the center entrance to the parking lot will be closed. Use the East (right) entrance for arriving and departing to Rt. 306. Use the West (left) entrance for arriving and departing to Rt. 43. Thanks!

Building Into the Next Generation: Gospel Impact in Our Region
Last week, 50 kids from Parkside Church teamed up with an additional 185 kids from around the country to serve our neighbors in the Northeast Ohio communities of Bedford, Bedford Heights, Walton Hills, and Euclid. Under the guidance of student missions organization, World Changers, members of Parkside's youth ministries painted, re-roofed, and performed other light construction jobs on 26 sites in the area.
