Hiring at Truth For Life- Customer Service Positions

Work as a member of the Customer Service Department to deliver outstanding service to Truth For Life listeners. This position is essential to support the mission of Truth For Life by participating in the efficient and accurate execution of daily duties such as phone support, email, social media, and data entry. Be familiar with the Bible teaching content provided by Truth For Life in order to helpfully answer listener requests. Understand and support many diverse ministry initiatives. Some customer service or professional phone operator experience is preferred. This position requires being on-site at our Cleveland headquarters, requests for telecommuting will not be considered. This is a salaried, full-time, year round position from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
