Locations Change, but God
This past week we returned to the Auditorium after the completion of its renovation. More than anything else, it was a day to give thanks to God for His gracious provision and a time to set our focus upon God and His Word.
Romans 10:13-14 reminds us that “'everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.' How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard?"
We desire deeply to see Christians built up in their faith and for unbelievers to hear of the saving work of Jesus Christ. It is our earnest prayer that God will use the people of Parkside Church to fill the Auditorium with their friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors. Have you recently invited someone to come to Parkside with you?
While our seats may be different, our purpose remains the same: To see unbelieving people become committed followers of Jesus Christ.
In Case You Missed It
If you weren't able to join us this past Sunday, you can watch the sermons and hear of God’s unchanging Word from Psalm 119 and the church that God is building around His Son, Jesus Christ, in Colossians 1.
You can also see more photos of the new space at our photo gallery.
