Parents, we want to offer an opportunity to 1. connect with you as parents of students, 2. connect you with other parents of students, and 3. offer encouragements and resources on parenting adolescents.  

To help facilitate this, the student ministry is hosting a Parent's Potluck on Friday October 9th at 6:30pm at the Loft. This semester's topic will be biblical relationships, taught by Pastor Jonathan Holmes.

We are asking that those with the last name bring:

• A-F Side Dish
• G-L Dessert
• M-R Main Dish
• S-Z Salad

O'Frenzy Parent Information Meeting

There will be an informational meeting for parents about O'Frenzy directly after Club JV (9pm) on Tuesday September 15th on The Loft side. Come find out what O'Frenzy is all about and ask any questions you may have.

Two days in September that middle school and high school students won’t want to miss! Bring a friend, pack your jeans, and get ready to have some fun and deepen your relationship with Christ. The weekend will include activities such as: friendly group competition games, Bible teaching, small group discussions, free time activities and much more.

Mohican Madness 2015

Location: Mohican State Park, Ohio
Start Time: Sat 22, Aug. 2015, 1:15 p.m.
End Time: Sun 23, Aug. 2015, 7:30 p.m.

Mohican Madness is a trip for all middle school students. We'll spend time camping, canoeing, go-carting, putt-putting, and swimming. We will also have a chance to build our new friendships and grow in our relationship with the Lord. We will leave Saturday August 22nd at 10:15am from the Warehouse (31200 Solon Rd, Solon Ohio) and will return Sunday August 23rd at 4:30pm to the Warehouse. Cost is $75, which includes transportation, accommodations, activities and all meals with the exception of lunch on Saturday. Registration will close Wednesday August 19, so sign up today at www.parksidechurch.com/mohican.

Wildwater Kingdom Day Canceled

As we consider the weather forecast, we have decided to cancel the Wildwater Kingdom Day scheduled. If you registered online, your credit card will be refunded at the full amount. World Changers 2015

This July 18-23, members of our youth ministry will join hundreds of other kids from around the country to work on construction projects around the Greater Cleveland area.

Dear New 6th Grade Parents,

I hope this letter finds you well and enjoying the end of the school year! As the summer is right around the corner, I wanted to inform you and your 6th grade student about the Middle School Ministry here at Parkside Church. We are all looking forward to the arrival of the incoming 6th grade class, as they will bring a fresh enthusiasm to the ministry that promises to energize the rest of the group.
