Looking for a 35hrs/week Babysitter in Solon

We are looking for a babysitter to watch our 3y/o, 2y/o, and 3 month old daughters starting in the new year when we return to work after maternity leave. We live in North Solon and both parents work full-time from home. An approximate schedule would be Mon-Thur 8:30am-5:30pm, this can be discussed. Ideally looking for someone who loves the outdoors, will do crafts and activities with the kids regularly, and will enjoy reading/early-education! We actually found our first wonderful babysitter posting here 3 years ago!
