Position: Full-Time (Live-In preferred) Nanny for Infant (3 months old) Location: Cleveland, Ohio We are a Christian family seeking a mature, experienced, and trustworthy live-in nanny to help care for our baby (currently 3 weeks old). The ideal candidate will be flexible, nurturing, and genuinely love working with infants under 1 year of age. English fluency and strong communication skills are required. About Our Family & Home Loving mother and father in the home. Father works Monday–Friday and some weekends. Mother works every other week (14 days/month), with occasional overnight shifts. Private living space provided: bedroom, closet, and bathroom on the lower level, plus access to a full kitchen and living area. We value integrity, reliability, and faith in our home environment. Responsibilities Provide attentive daily care for infant (feeding, playtime, naps, supervision, safety). Prepare bottles/meals/snacks for baby as needed. Light housekeeping related to childcare (laundry, tidying baby’s spaces, dishes used for baby). Engage in age-appropriate activities to support development. Potentially assist with transporting child when age-appropriate. Requirements Previous experience caring for infants. CPR and Basic First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain—training provided). Female nanny preferred. Christian faith background. Flexible schedule to align with family’s work shifts.
