Looking to Hire a COO for a small business

Reporting directly to the President, the COO will play a hands-on role in the day-to-day administration and functioning of Scheduling (50%), Operations Coordination (20%), Administration (20%), and Human Resources (10%). This role requires an outgoing, reliable, problem-solving leader that is comfortable working in a field environment. Former military officers and NCO's are strongly encourage to apply. Oversee day-to-day operations Schedule and dispatching crews Develop strategic plan and tactical improvements for optimized productivity Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans The COO will partner with the current leadership team: Salespeople, Office Manager, Human Resource Generalist and President to provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes, quality, productivity and standards, safety, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
