2023 Honda Odyssey EX-L for sale

Hello fellow Parksiders! I am selling my 2023 Honda Odyssey EX-L. It has a little under 49k miles and is in pristine condition. I absolutely love it, there is nothing wrong with it, but I can no longer afford it. I bought it new, and it has been fully maintained, including extra oil changes beyond the warranty covered ones. There is only extremely minor signs of use. Interior is impeccable, no tears, stains, smells, non-smoking, no pets. I have had a car wash membership and it has been washed at least 2-3 times/week. I also have State Farm “Drive Safe” so it has been driven extremely softly. It has a top safety rating, and top overall rating for vans, and has many amazing features! In addition to the hands free features, with your phone, like calling/testing/and using Waze or Google Maps for navigation right from the touch screen, my driving favs are probably the “driver-assistive technologies”: adaptive cruise control (keeps you a set distance from car in front of you), lane keeping assist (if you veer out of lane it automatically brings you back in line), and collision mitigation braking (will brake for you if a car slams brakes in front of you). Plus of course the remote start and heated seats (which start heating up when you remote start it when it’s cold out). *See at the bottom for a detailed features list. I am asking current market value $36,000, which will be much cheaper than buying from a dealer by avoiding all of their many extra add-on fees.
