Agape Christian Academy seeks a spiritually mature and theologically grounded Spiritual Life Director to lead and shepherd the discipleship and spiritual development of its student body across both campuses. Working in close collaboration with the President and Principals, this role provides spiritual oversight through chapel programming, cross-campus discipleship groups, upper-level Bible instruction, and pastoral student care. The Spiritual Life Director will develop a comprehensive chapel calendar, train student leaders, and coordinate curriculum aligned with the school’s Statement of Faith. With a heart for gospel-centered ministry, the Spiritual Life Director will build intentional relationships, support students through counseling, and integrate faith in every facet of student life. In addition to overseeing core discipleship efforts, the Spiritual Life Director will lead mission and service initiatives—including domestic and international trips—while designing Spiritual Emphasis Days that inspire theological reflection. They will foster strong partnerships with parents and local churches, contribute to strategic planning with administration, and mentor student worship teams .
