Looking for a Roommate - Beachwood, OH

Hi there! My name is Matt, and I’m a member at Parkside Church. I grew up in Macedonia, OH and currently live in a house near the Legacy Village area with one other gentleman who also attends Parkside. We're looking for a third roommate to move in toward the end of May, as our 3rd and current housemate is relocating to Florida. The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, so there’s plenty of space. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with a fenced-in backyard—great for relaxing or grilling out—and it’s conveniently close to I-271 for easy commuting. We’re hoping to find someone who is clean, kind, respectful, and considerate—someone who values a peaceful, shared living space.
