Details: They are glad for a summer full of fun and fellowship—from student gatherings to picnics it has been a joy to "one another" together this summer. As they transition into fall, they are looking forward to community groups beginning a new study and to launching their first small group book study and marriage class. Please pray that these additional offerings would be a blessing and encouragement to all who participate. Pray also for the volunteers working with their children and student ministries—and for the children and students themselves. Republic of China, Taiwan, (Asia). Population: 24,437,503 Believers: 2.8%. Taiwan is politically open but spiritually closed. Ministry in Taiwan is difficult, and fruit is hard won. Pray for the major challenges of the Church, such as spiritual opposition to the gospel, unity, materialism, low levels of commitment and sanctification, and lack of pastors and full-time workers.
