Details: Pray that they would identify individuals and families who need resources for survival, that they would be able to help them in the short term, and in the long term, help them to stand on their own physically, spiritually, and mentally. Pray for God to put a hedge of protection around their team and properties. Pray for their Easter program, where they intentionally share how those who are away from God can be reconciled to him. Venezuela (Latin America). Population: 33,412,159 Believers: 10.8%. Mission work by evangelicals is difficult. Obtaining visas for religious purposes is often a battle in faith; the government increasingly refuses applications, and the process is slowing. Expats are now all but prohibited from evangelizing Amerindian groups. But there is a great need for more missionaries for urban church planting and Bible teaching ministries.
