As our season comes to a close we are beginning the interview process for full time experienced line and banquet cooks with a hiring date of February 24th, 2026. We are a full service all scratch kitchen with a strong focus on approachable flavors, hyper seasonal rotating ingredients, weekly and monthly menus and clean technique. Our schedules are very flexible with little to no late nights. Overtime is available April through September. Optional benefits become available after 90 days and 401k after the 1st year of employment. We are closed with three weeks off in February. Compensation is based on experience and availability. ServSafe certification is a plus. While ongoing training is ofcourse provided, the ideal candidates will have at least two years experience in a restaurant, hotel or country club setting. A passion for hospitality and culinary arts is a must. Our team is tasked with preparing all misenplace prior to service in a timely fashion. This includes sauces, vinaigrettes, vegetables, grains and the fabrication of meats and seafoods. Food health and safety regulations, including proper food handling techniques are a must.
