Driver needed for morning pick-ups and afternoon drop-offs! No CDL liecense needed (only minivans/SUVs). Work approximately 15 hours per week. $19/hr. 7:30-9:15am and 1:45-3:30pm Monday through Friday. || Job Summary || The Day Club Driver plays a crucial role in enabling our members to participate in a vibrant community of purpose, growth and connection. As a driver, you get to share in the lives of wonderfully-made individuals and promote their quality of life by providing them with safe, timely and consistent transportation to/from Tru Community’s Day Club in Bainbridge. || Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to || - Be a positive, attentive, and caring presence in the lives of club members - Complete morning pick-up and afternoon drop-off routes as scheduled in a timely, safe, and professional manner - Adhere to all safety requirements related to the use and maintenance of vehicles - Follow organizational procedures for incident reporting and service documentation - Ensure the rights and dignity of individuals are respected and upheld at all times - Implement best-practices and universal precautions to ensure the safety and health of our members - Adhere to Tru Community’s employee code of conduct and core values || Minimum Qualifications || - At least 18 years old - High school diploma or equivalent - A valid driver’s license in good standing (CLD not required) - A passing score on driver’s abstract and a driving record that will enable the employee to be insured - Ability to pass BCI/FBI background check, database checks, and drug screening - Ability to complete CPR/First Aid/AED training - Reliable transportation and a reliable attendance record - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals and families - Ability to lift 50 pounds and traverse in a variety of environments Tru Community complies with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment.
