transportation and in home assistance

I have a severe disability that limits my ability to function independently. i am currently without resources and need help with transportation to and from doctors, errands, and some in home help. I cannot pay much so I'm looking for someone who could volunteer their time or accept a small stipend for help. serious inquiries only. Must be compassionate, patient and reliable.
