You should ride bikes with us on the absolutely gorgeous Ohio and Erie Canal Towpath!
On June 14th, weather permitting, we'd like to invite :transit: on a biking adventure.
Here's the plan!
Weather permitting, at 2:45pm, we'll start at the Rockside Station in Independence to begin our ride.
That's: 7900 Old Rockside Rd., Independence, OH 44131
From there, we'll bike down to the Boston Mill Station (we estimate an approx. 55 min ride, 11.2 miles), where we'll stop for ice cream.
Then, around 4:55pm, our bikes and ourselves will ride back up North to the Rockside Station on the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad train. Only $3 for bikers (exact change preferred).
Recommended to bring: your bike, bike helmet, bike lock, waters, energizing snacks to keep you going on the trail, and also money for ice cream at Boston Mill, and the $3 train ride back to our starting point.

Contingency plan: In the event of terrible weather, we will not meet or ride and this event will be moved to the following Saturday.
