A Look Back: Men's 2009 Retreat
The annual Parkside JourneyMen men’s retreat was hosted for the third year at the Atwood Lake Resort in rural Carroll County south of Canton. Located in the beautiful rolling Ohio hills and only one and a half hours from Cleveland, the resort once again proved to be the perfect place for our men to connect with solid Biblical teaching, build relationships, rest and relax. Situated on the top of a high hill overlooking scenic Atwood Lake, the resort offers many amenities, including an 18 hole golf course, a 9 hole lighted par 3 course, a driving range, tennis courts, hiking trails, fishing, boating, spa, swimming pools, exercise equipment, and much more. It was the perfect place for men to engage. -
New Ministry Launch: Men's Flag Football League
Parkside Church is starting a men’s (18 years old and older) flag football league that will play on Saturday mornings starting May 16. The league will run through mid-July and provides a chance for the men of Parkside to get to know one another better in addition to getting some exercise and providing friendly competition.
