Running with a Mission 2014

Join The City Mission for the 3rd Running with a Mission event at the Cleveland Metropark Zoo on Saturday, June 21, 2014!

The event will once again be presented by The Sherwin-Williams Women's Club. Sponsorships and gifts will be matched by the Sherwin-Williams Foundation up to $30,000 and all proceeds will benefit The City Mission's Laura's Home Women's Crisis Center. Thank you for considering joining us on the official first day of summer and at the same time helping many of the women and children feel stable and secure for the first time in a long time.

2014 Race Pricing:

Pre-register: Family $45; 5K $22; Walk $15 – ends June 13th.

Race Day: 5K $25; Walk $18 (all individual pricing, no family discount).

Register by Monday, June 2nd, to guarantee a race t-shirt.

**Family registration consists of 2 Adults/6 Kids (max. of 8).

**Surprise gift for the first 100 families to register.

Race Day Schedule:

7:00 a.m. – Registration and Zoo Opens to all Participants!

* 8:10 a.m. – Kids’ Dash Line Up (children 8 and under)

8:15 a.m. – Opening Ceremony & National Anthem

8:30 a.m. – 5k Run Starts

9:00 a.m. – 1.5 Mile Walk Starts

9:45 a.m. – Race Awards to follow in the Pavilion (approx. time)

*Activities in the pavilion begin at 7:00 a.m., post race snacks; face painting, games, Cleveland mascot appearances, live DJ, and much more!

Make a difference in the lives of homeless women and children! Your participation helps homeless women and children each year find safe shelter, food and other basic necessities and services to move from crisis toward stability and self-sufficiency.
