Supported Worker: Equipping Servants International (ESI)

Details: Praise God for the new Equipping Servants groups that started last month. In Paraguay seven groups started with 103 participants. In Brazil 22 groups started with 260 participants. In Santiago and Concepcion, Chile seven new groups started with 133 participants. In Santa Cruz, Bolivia six new groups started with 90 new participants. And in Medellin and Cartagena, Colombia six new groups started with 90 new participants. Please pray that each pastor and church/ministry leader beginning this 3-year mutual-discipleship process will grow in their desire to honor Christ by being true to His Scriptures, thinking, living and serving Biblically. Pray for the ESI pastors conferences in La Paz and Santa Cruz, Bolivia the last two weekends of August. Kep and team will be teaching the pastors on the topic of the danger of Christianity without Christ. Pray that pastors will build a strong commitment of Biblical friendship so they will stop walking alone but rather walk together with other pastors. Pray that church leaders will experience gospel unity as they walk together under the banner of the gospel. Pray for Pastor Tomas Diaz as he works with six groups of ESI pastors in Loja, and expands ESI into Guayaquil, Quito and Cuenca, Ecuador. Pray for pastor Edwin Callejas as he works with four groups of ESI pastors in Huánuco, Peru, and oversees two ESI groups in Cajamarca. Mayotte (Africa). Pray for more laborers to be called to Mayotte for long-term ministry. Those already there do a great job in a difficult field. Pray for encouragement and unity and for an increase in their number and fruitfulness.
