FAQs

I had my photo taken already. How do I download it?

  1. On a desktop computer, visit https://parksidechurch.tpsdb.com
  2. Log in. (If you haven't logged in before, or don't remember your credentials, email support@parksidechurch.com.)
  3. Click on your profile name in the upper right corner.
  4. Click on your picture in the upper left corner.
  5. A window will pop up. Click on View Image in the window.
  6. Right click (PC), or CNTL+Click (Mac) on the image. Select “Save Image As” and save the image to your computer.

What is the process for getting my picture taken?
Come to the Commons. Check in at the photo desk. Get your photo taken. Check out and receive a card with instructions on how to download your photo. We're planning to make this quick and painless as possible!

Can I get family portraits in addition to my individual portait?
No. We're sorry that we cannot accommodate family portraits during these sessions.

What can I wear?
Wear what you're comfortable in. If you're not sure what to wear, choose a color that other people have complimented you in. Black, gray, or navy are always safe options.

What if I don't like my photo?
You can either come back the next time we offer a Picture Day, or you can upload your own.

Why is Parkside doing this?
It's been about 8 years since we last had church-wide photos taken. Our church body has changed, new people are attending, children have grown, and having these pictures greatly helps our pastoral team care for you.
