Parkside Church’s pastoral residency offers opportunities to practice Biblical teaching in a variety of ministry settings, observe and assist in the leadership of adult and youth ministries, and participate in our pastoral staff meetings, general church functions, and more. Our goal is to see young men developed and prepared for full-time ministry through growth in: Christ-like character, core convictions, ministry competence, appreciation of a Christ-centered church's culture, and clarity of calling.

Every fall, a new set of men join us for a year-long experience. Throughout the year, they observe each ministry and are mentored by our pastors. Parkside is committed to working with the residents to help them find the next opportunity, whether it be in seminary, at a local church, or other setting.
