2013 Men’s Golf Classic Registration Form

The Men’s Golf Classic will be held on Monday, October 7 at beautiful Fowlers Mill Golf Course. There will be a shotgun start at 9:30 AM with a steak dinner to follow. Awards will be given for lowest net team score, long drive, and pin shots.

The cost of the event is $80 which includes the round of golf, cart, full steak luncheon, snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, and prizes. Registration deadline is September 30, or until filled. The on-site check-in process will begin at 8:30 AM.
