God's Voice in the Storm

Morning Service
May 15, 2022

Thunderstorms are mesmerizing, even as they terrify us. In Psalm 29, King David compared the Lord’s voice to a fierce storm. With just the power of His word, God controls what seems uncontrollable, breaks what seems unbreakable, and reveals what seems unrevealable. To stand before His majesty and power should strike fear and awe in all of us. So where can we find refuge? Only in Jesus. By faith we can know His peace in the midst of any storm.
