- Details: Shoreline is thankful for everything God is doing in their lives and ministry and for the opportunity to continue ministering to their community for another year. Pray for all the kids, their families, the teachers, and other workers in their congregation as another school year has begun. The children in Sunday School are moving up to new classes and teens are joining new youth groups. Continue to pray for the Bible studies and community teams that meet regularly in the church and in the community. Join Youth For Christ in praising the Lord for the many outreach opportunities that have begun at the City Life Center, including cooking and art classes, soccer and basketball open gyms, a Bible Club and studies, free meals for under-resourced youth, and more. Pray that through these avenues, lost youth will find Jesus! Netherlands (Europe). Population: 18,346,819 Believers: 4.3%. Christianity in the Netherlands seems to have reached a low point. Less than 10% of the population now attend church weekly. The Netherlands leads the world in promotion of secular and New Age views or values. Few restrictions exist for drug use, deviant lifestyles, prostitution, euthanasia, and abortion. Pray for revival that restores the nation spiritually.
