Details: The Harringtons return to Japan on June 10, and Chris will begin a new position as the Area Director for Japan with SEND International. This new assignment has influenced their decision to move from rural Japan, where they have served for ten years, to Tokyo, one of the biggest cities in the world. Pray for all the details this move entails as well as for their Japanese ministry partners in Tohoku as they continue the ministry there. Pray for Chris as he assumes his new position, which will involve caring for missionaries and networking with Japanese pastors. Brazil (Latin America). Population: 212,812,405 Believers: 26.3%. Brazil’s evangelicals grew from 2 million in 1960 to an estimated 55 million in 2020. They are one of the largest evangelical populations in the world and very strong in prayer meetings and movements. Praise God for Brazilian prayer warriors! Ask God also to bless the 45 current Bible translation efforts and to send workers to help with the 10 languages that still need the Scriptures.
