Supported Worker: Bobby & Julie in Central Asia
Details: Ruth, a recent Air Force Academy graduate, has joined their team for the summer. Pray that God will work in and through her during this time. Bobby is thankful for prayers for his preaching in Russian. Although he finds it very challenging, he is growing and trusts that God is using this seemingly impossible task. Preparing to preach at the end of May brought conviction concerning his prayer life and his love for others. Pray for these areas of his life, along with his desire for personal growth in meekness and in encouraging others. Dominican Republic (Caribbean). Population: 11,520,487 Believers: 9.1%. Pray for endurance, provision, and faithfulness for those called to minister, especially those serving in the poorer, rural areas. Pray that the 15 or so Bible schools and the National Evangelical University may provide spiritual, mature, and stable leaders for the future.
