Details: Pray for ongoing student recruitment for the one-year course in Expository Preaching and Practical Theology. Pray for the students of the one-year course who graduated in May to remain faithful to the Lord. Amid rising tensions and the prevailing probability of a warlike situation, they appreciate prayer for their teams and families, students, and training centers, as they have international borders. Pray for the teams to be protected from the ongoing tensions in the country. Pray for comfort for the families who have lost loved ones in a terrorist attack, for peace to prevail, and for the leaders of their nation as they make critical decisions. Ethiopia (Africa). Population: 135,472,051 Believers: 19.6%. Bible translation remains a major challenge. Up to 88% of congregations use local languages in their meetings, so Bible translation is a must. There are 35 translation projects in progress; this represents nearly half of all living languages. Another 17 languages have translation needs that are currently unaddressed.
