    Over the past 28 years, the Thanksgiving Box Project has evolved from the simple collection of bags of groceries to a well-oiled machine that provides as many as 300 turkeys and boxes full of Thanksgiving trimmings to families on Cleveland’s west side.

    Parkside Church has been sending short term dental teams to Bolivia since 2004, to partner with Parkside missionaries Kep and Debbie James. In May, 2015 the latest team of seven made their way 5,000 miles south to LaPaz, Bolivia.

    This July 18-23, members of our youth ministry will join hundreds of other kids from around the country to work on construction projects around the Greater Cleveland area.

    When we began our church plant endeavor two and a half years ago called Parkside Church Lake County, we hoped and prayed to follow through on a simple (and somewhat familiar sounding) mission statement.:  “To glorify God by helping people become committed followers of Jesus Christ.” Here are three stories of the work that God is doing through people who come to the church.
