Baptism 101 Course - April
The baptism course usually meets the first two Sundays of most months (except for certain holiday weekends or breaks). The next series of our baptism classes will begin April 2 in Room B208 at 9:00am. The second class will take place on April 16 at the same time and location. You must take the classes in order. There is no need to sign-up in advance or pre-register.

PKS Membership Course - March
The Parkside Membership Course is a three-week series that gives an overview of who we are and what we believe as a church. The course meets on the first three Sundays of each month, except for certain holiday Sundays. The classes do not need to be completed sequentially and you do not need to pre-register to attend. This is a great course for those looking to become members as well as those interested in finding out more about Parkside Church. The next series of classes begins Sunday, March 5th, at 10:30am in Room B208.

Gospel-Shaped Marriage Workshop 2023

No matter your situation - single, married, engaged, dating, or simply looking to prayerfully support your married friends or family - we invite you to join us on February 11 (9:00amm-3:30pm), for a marriage workshop with Chad and Emily Van Dixhoon. Chad and Emily reside in Pennsylvania where he is professor of church history at Westminister Theological Seminary and she is an author, Bible study leader, and stay-at-home mom. They have five children. Together they have written a book called “Gospel-Shaped Marriage” that comes highly recommended by Alistair Begg as one of his favorite marriage books. The conference will include a time led by Emily for the women and Chad for the men as well as time for a Q&A.
The cost is $40 per couple or $20 per individual and includes beverages, lunch and workshop materials. Scholarships are available by contacting Linn at the church office (440) 543-1212. Please note that childcare will not be provided.

An Update from Parkside Heights
“And when they arrived and gathered the church together, they declared all that God had done with them…” -Acts 14:27 (ESV)
We see in the book of Acts the pattern of Christian workers being sent out from a church and then reporting back to those who sent them all that God had done. As those who were sent out by Parkside Church in late 2021/early 2022 to plant a church, it is our privilegeto share with you a little of what God has done in the last year!
The decision to pursue a church plant in the Heights began with a map of where Parkside members live. As we researched, we discovered that there was a large concentration of members in Cleveland Heights, University Heights, Shaker Heights, and Beachwood who would be well-served by having a nearby Parkside church plant. For the benefit of these people, as well as that of the wider community, we began to target the Heights area for a new church.
