World Changers Lunches 2016

Parents, we have an opportunity for you to be involved in the World Changers missions trip! Monday through Thursday the crews are fed lunch by volunteers. While we can't guarantee that you would feed the crew your child is on, you are bound to encounter a few Parkside students, along with meeting other teenagers from around the country.
This year we are feeding a crew in Maple Heights and another crew in Old Brooklyn (near the Zoo). Each crew consists of roughly 15 students and are served by noon. If you are interested, visit this link for more information and to sign up. Contact Rachel in the office with any questions.

The deadline has passed to submit information for this Sunday's graduating senior insert. While your name may not be in the bulletin, you are still welcome to join us for the evening service to be honored. You may still receive the senior gift we are handing out at the service as well.

Freshmen are Rafting Trip 2016
Location: Ohiopyle, PA
Start Time: Mon 20, June 2016, 3 p.m.

Incoming Freshmen, start your summer off with a splash and get connected with some new friends in the high school ministry at Parkside!
Meet at the Warehouse at 12pm on Monday June 20 (please be sure to eat lunch before you come!). We will drive to PA to camp, hang out, and go whitewater rafting on the Lower Yough. Never rafted before? This trip is for you! There will be a professional guide in each boat and the river level is appropriate for beginners.
We will return to the Warehouse on Tuesday June 21 by 9pm. We will text updates as to our exact arrival time. (Subscribe by texting ‘parksidehs’ to 33733)

World Changers 2016
Location: Cleveland, Ohio

What is World Changers?
World Changers is a week-long missions trip in our own backyard! We'll set up camp at Bedford High School and spend the days working on projects throughout the Cleveland area. In the evenings, we'll attend evening sessions with worship and teaching.
When is World Changers?
We'll set out midday on Saturday July 16th and return late on Thursday July 21st.*
How much is World Changers?
The cost for this trip is $299. Partial and full scholarships are available.

Real Retreat 2016
Location: Mission Meadows, Dewittsville, NY
Start Time: Sat 23, April 2016, 12:30 p.m.
End Time: Sun 24, April 2016, 8 p.m.
What is the Real Retreat? We like to think of it as almost an anti-retreat. That means that there are not a lot of games. It's a more serious time for the student who is interested in learning about or growing in his or her relationship with Christ.
When is the Real Retreat? Meet at the Warehouse at 9:30am on Saturday April 23rd. We will return to the Warehouse on Sunday April 24th at 5:00pm. As always, you can check @parksidehs or our texting service for a more accurate arrival time.
Where is the Real Retreat? This year the Real Retreat will be at Mission Meadows, a camp in New York.
How much is the Real Retreat? The cost is $90 and includes transportation, lodging, snacks, materials and four meals. Registration will close on Tuesday April 19th.
