Next Cancer Support Meeting is January 13

The January meeting of the Cancer Support Group will be on the second Sunday of the month rather than the first Sunday. We will meet on Sunday, January 13, at 11:15 am in Room 228.

If your life or the life of someone you loved has been touched by cancer, please join us for a time of encouragement.

Looking Onward & Upward

Katerina "KAT" Gorkavchuk, 27, of Medina, OH, was surrounded by her family when she went home to be with the Lord, after a long journey with cancer, on August 25, 2012. She was born in Lviv, Ukraine, on February 5, 1985. She came over to America at the age of five, with her family, and graduated from Highland High School in '02 and was also a proud alumnus from The Ohio State University.

Her life was an inspiration to those who knew her. Please take a few minutes to watch this video interview with Kat. It is a story about her faith in Christ as she journeyed the road of cancer, and it will challenge you to grow in your relationship with Him.   

Next Cancer Support Meeting is Sept. 9

Because of the Labor Day holiday, there will be no meeting on September 2. The next Cancer Support Group meeting will be Sunday, September 9, at 11:15am in Room 228.

Note: Because of the Independence Day holiday, there will be no LIFE groups or elementary children's classes on July 8.

Next Cancer Support Meeting is June 3

If your life has been affected by cancer, please join us for our next support group meeting on Sunday, June 3 at 11:15am in Room 228. We will enjoy a time of sharing, encouragement and prayer. Refreshments are provided.

Note: The July Cancer Support meeting will be held on July 8 rather than July 1, due to the observance of the Independence Day holiday.
