    Anna Maria September Songfest

    7 p.m.— 8 p.m.

    Come join us in serving the nursing home residents at Anna Maria with a time of prayer and praise on Wednesday September 25th from 7:00-8:00pm!

    Grieving With Hope Care Group

    7 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    If you are grieving the loss of a loved one and would welcome help from the Bible and the warm encouragement of others in similar circumstances, join us for the fall Grieving with Hope care group, beginning September 25 at 7 pm. The group will run for eight weeks.

    Men's Morning Bible Study

    6:30 a.m.— 7:30 a.m.

    We will be studying the Book of Isaiah beginning Thursday morning September 12 at 6:30 a.m. in Fellowship Hall. This is a great way to start your day with other men. We will meet from 6:30-7:30 a.m. so you can get to work on time. Coffee and continental breakfast will be provided. The cost for the study guide is $5 and a Journeyman notebook is available for an additional $5.

    Women's Morning Bible Study

    9:30 a.m.— 11:30 a.m.

    The Thursday morning Bible studies begin with a large teaching time followed by breakouts into small groups for discussion, fellowship and prayer. We will be studying the Book of Isaiah. The cost is $5 for the study guide and an additional $5 for an Essence notebook. There is free childcare available for newborns through age 5 only. It is understood that each participant will take a turn in the nursery to "share the load" and serve one another. Women of all ages and stages of life are encouraged to attend. We meet on Thursday mornings from 9:30-11:30 a.m. This study is also geared toward Moms who home-school their children. A program is available in the Lower Level for those children to also study God's Word at no extra charge as long as Mom is enrolled in the Women's study.

    All singles, 35 and older, are invited to spend time in the Word and fellowship together every Friday night at 7:00pm.

    Career Connections Workshop 2013

    8:55 a.m.— 4 p.m.

    We are offering a workshop about the job search process that is both biblically based and very practical. Topics are self-assessment, marketing yourself effectively, and interviewing dynamics.

    5 p.m.— 6 p.m.

    Nursery Worker Orientation will be in room 227 for all nursery workers for 2013/2014 school year.

    Kids of the Kingdom

    6 p.m.— 7 p.m.

    Kids of the Kingdom is our evening program for children age 3 thru 3rd grade. Children meet in a large group for prayer, singing, and missions emphasis and then break into smaller groups for Bible lessons and age-appropriate activities. Parents sign-in children in the hallway outside of Fellowship Hall. Children join their parents for the beginning of evening worship 7 dismissed to KoK by the Pastor. Children will be picked up from a designated room.

    1 p.m.

    Spend a fall afternoon exploring some of the more scenic highlights of Bedford Reservation on Saturday October 12th beginning at Viaduct Park at 1:00pm. Or just join us for the fellowship time at Hermit's Hollow around 3:30pm.

    Covered Bridges Tour

    9:45 a.m.

    Join TrueLife Singles on a fall driving tour to see the Covered Bridges of Ashtabula County on Saturday October 26. Meet at Parkside Church at 9:45am to join the van/carpool. We'll stop for lunch around 1:00pm and anticipate returning to Parkside Church by 6:00pm, times may vary depending on how much time is spent at each bridge.

    TrueLife Singles Fellowship Dinner

    6:30 p.m.

    TrueLife is hosting a Fellowship Dinner on Friday November 22nd in the Commons featuring music and a message by Pastor Mickey Aquilino. Doors open at 6:30pm, dinner will be served at 7:00pm. Cost is $10, pay at the door. RSVP to truelife@parksidechurch.com.

    Thanksgiving Box Project

    8:30 a.m.

    Help distribute the Thanksgiving Boxes to families in the Cleveland area. Middle school students meet us at the Warehouse at 8:30am and we'll head out to Scranton Road Bible Church together. We'll post pick-up time via Twitter (@parksidems) and text.

    12:30 p.m.

    Join TrueLife on an outing to see museum-quality wood sculptures as you tour the WoodCarvedArt Gallery Open House. Meet in the Commons near the Bookstore at 12:30pm to carpool, we will return by evening service at 6:00pm. Check out the gallery at www.woodcarvedart.com.

    In place of our normal Friday night Bible Study, we will be attending Parkside's Christmas Concert on Friday December 13th. Join us afterwards in the Commons and we'll go out to dinner together.
