Basics is a conference for men who serve as pastors and Christian workers. The conference aims to encourage and equip pastors to do the basics of Christian ministry well. 

As you know, there was some question about the continuance of Basics after my retirement. We did not announce the dates because of the ongoing discussion about the future of this conference. Some thought is being given to developing Basics as a regional conference, and in light of that, we will not be hosting Basics 2026 here at Parkside as we have done in previous years. Thank you for your support over the past 25 years. We rejoice in our partnership in the Gospel.
