O’Frenzy 2013 Registration Form

What:

Two days in September that middle school and high school students won’t want to miss! Bring a friend, pack your jeans, and get ready to have some fun and deepen your relationship with Christ. The weekend will include activities such as: basketball, volleyball, paintball, small group discussions, Bible teaching, group competitions and much more.

Departing:

We will be departing promptly at 9:00am on Saturday, September 28th from the Warehouse. Please arrive at the Warehouse at 8:30am so you don’t miss the bus.

Returning:

We will be back at 8:30pm Sunday, September 29th to the Warehouse. We will post tweets to twitter.com/parksidehs and twitter.com/parksidems as to our exact arrival time.

Bring:

Sleeping bag, pillow, warm clothes, swimsuit (one piece), toiletries, towel, flashlight, Bible, pen and notebook, and money for one meal on the way home.  Please do not bring cell phones, ipods or other electronic devices.

Price:

$75 FOR EARLY REGISTRATION if we receive your online registration or postmarked envelope by September 18th, $85 FOR REGISTRATION if we receive your registration after September 18th and before registration closes on September 24th. The price includes a sweatshirt, transportation, food and lodging. *If you will be playing paintball, please add an additional $12 to your registration cost.
