Your Warfare Has Ended

The opening verses of Isaiah 40 are familiar, as God tells His servant to comfort His people. But reading further, we discover a surprise: the message is actually for His enemies - people who are at war with Him. The comfort and pardon He offers are available, by grace, to all who believe in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
