The church exists to be a people shaped and directed by God’s mission. In Matthew 28, Jesus gives a clear and urgent calling: his followers are to go and make disciples, participating actively in God’s work as he saves and transforms lives. This mission is simple yet demanding, touching matters of eternal life and death. Every ministry, relationship, and act of service is meant to move people toward Christ. Equipped by God’s power and supported by one another, believers grow in maturity and faithfully help others follow Jesus, keeping his commission at the center of all we do.
