Love That Lasts

Morning Service
Mar 31, 2019

What can we do when our faith wilts and worship becomes a duty rather than a delight? In this message, we examine two distinct responses to Jesus—the weeping woman who knew she was a sinner, yet loved Jesus; and Simon, the self-righteous Pharisee who saw no need for forgiveness. Jesus taught that those who’ve been forgiven much, love much. When we recall the truth of who we are, who Christ is, and what He’s done for us, our withering affection is revived and our gratitude is reflected in our obedience.
