I Have Loved You
Seasons of prolonged suffering or spiritual dullness can lead us to doubt God’s love. Our circumstances, however, must not be the litmus test of God’s devotion to his people. Instead, God demonstrates his sovereign love in calling us to himself and providing salvation through Christ’s death on the cross. If we are in Christ, God is forever for us. The truth of His unconditional love should banish doubt and strengthen our souls in any situation.
