He Won’t Back Down
Rather than repent for his failed attempts to kill David, Saul repeatedly refused to back down. The Lord’s perfect plan, however, would not be thwarted. As Alistair Begg demonstrates, God protected His servant. Like David, Jesus too is either hated as a threat or loved as a best friend. Neutrality is impossible; we must bow completely before His throne.
