Faith and Favoritism are Incompatible

We may naturally sense that favoritism is unfair, but according to the Book of James, it is a problem that runs much deeper. When we judge one another based on status or outward appearance, it demonstrates that our priorities are warped because we do not value the Lord Jesus as we should. Genuine faith enables us to see and to love Jesus properly and, in turn, to view others as He views them.
