Eagerly Receiving the Word
In this sermon on Acts 17, we are encouraged by how the Berean church took God’s word to heart. Like them, we must first receive the Scripture eagerly, preparing our hearts and minds that His word will be sweeter than honey. We should also examine it daily, digging into the Bible ourselves to verify what it says. Finally, we need to apply the Word of God to our lives through personal belief. In so doing, we can find our Savior.
