- Details: Please pray for God to provide the right candidate to fill the Director of Content position. Ask God to bring forward someone with the skill set and experience to expand the reach of God’s Word through Truth For Life. Pray for Alistair during the month of October as he speaks at several conferences and pastor appreciation events, including a one-day seminar hosted by Truth For Life. Pray for God to use Alistair to encourage men in ministry and to strengthen them as gospel leaders. Pray for Truth For Life customer service representative Amy Duble as she deals with health concerns. Please lift her up in prayer, asking God to give the doctors wisdom and insight and to strengthen Amy and her family as they navigate an unknown course. Saint Kitts & Nevis (Caribbean) Population: 46,922 Believers: 21.7%. There is no lack of churches or other ministries on these islands, but their impact is limited. Pray for the Holy Spirit to revive, empower, and embolden believers for kingdom effectiveness. Pray especially for ministries that draw together the diverse denominations. Saint Lucia (Caribbean) Population: 180,149 Believers: 14.5%. The veneer of religion without true faith is a widespread problem—the more historic churches are in significant decline. Living Christianity decreasingly influences much of society as increasing materialism undermines spiritual life. The Parkside Membership Course is a three-week series that gives an overview of who we are and what we believe as a church. The course meets on the first three Sundays of each month, except for certain holiday Sundays. The classes do not need to be completed sequentially and you do not need to pre-register to attend. This is a great course for those looking to become members as well as those interested in finding out more about Parkside Church. The next series of classes begins Sunday, October 5th, at 10:30am in Room B208.
