- Details: They are thankful for our continued prayers. God is both blessing and stretching them! On September 14, they added a second morning service, and on the following Sunday, September 21, they celebrated their one-year anniversary. They thank the Lord that all of this is his doing. Please pray that they remain steadfast in prayer, fully dependent on the leading of the Holy Spirit, pleasing the Lord in all they do. Pray that the additional space created by a second service results in their members boldly inviting unbelievers to worship with them. Switzerland (Europe). Population: 8,967,408 Believers: 4.4%. The Swiss Evangelical Alliance, Free Churches, and other agencies are working on a renewed vision for the evangelization of Switzerland. Most Christian non-profit groups have united as a more audible voice within society regarding religious freedom, evangelism and mission, aid and social responsibility, environmental issues, media, youth, and others. The Parkside Membership Course is a three-week series that gives an overview of who we are and what we believe as a church. The course meets on the first three Sundays of each month, except for certain holiday Sundays. The classes do not need to be completed sequentially and you do not need to pre-register to attend. This is a great course for those looking to become members as well as those interested in finding out more about Parkside Church. The next series of classes begins Sunday, October 5th, at 10:30am in Room B208.
