The nation was born in a great spirit of unity, happiness, and hope. Yet little more than 10 years on, over a quarter of the population relies on aid agencies for food, the majority of females has suffered sexual violence, and progress is continually stalled by ethnic rivalries who refuse to share power, reconcile, or build a better future together. Every family in South Sudan suffers lasting effects from the horrors of war and conflict. Pray for the church to have a good influence in society and leadership, to make life better for all people. The Parkside Membership Course is a three-week series that gives an overview of who we are and what we believe as a church. The course meets on the first three Sundays of each month, except for certain holiday Sundays. The classes do not need to be completed sequentially and you do not need to pre-register to attend. This is a great course for those looking to become members as well as those interested in finding out more about Parkside Church.
