- Details: For a few years, Ambassadors Football has been partnering with denominations around the world. These partnering relationships include multiple churches in three African nations and one Asian country. Please pray for God to guide them through this learning process and that it will bear much spiritual fruit. Jon and Ruthie are grateful for our faithful prayers. This year, they were blessed with their three children having three little girls. Their son, Henry, and his wife, Megan, had granddaughter number three. Teagan was born about six weeks early, is struggling with swallowing, and has a feeding tube. The doctors do not seem to have answers. Pray that she will be able to swallow, making the feeding tube unnecessary. Trinidad & Tobago (Caribbean). Population: 1,511,155 Believers: 20.2%. Christianity is professed by nearly two-thirds of the population, but true disciples faithful to God’s Word are not so common. Greater theological training—for leaders as well as laity—is needed and a discipleship mentality must be fostered. The Parkside Membership Course is a three-week series that gives an overview of who we are and what we believe as a church. The course meets on the first three Sundays of each month, except for certain holiday Sundays. The classes do not need to be completed sequentially and you do not need to pre-register to attend. This is a great course for those looking to become members as well as those interested in finding out more about Parkside Church. The next series of classes begins Sunday, October 5th, at 10:30am in Room B208.
