- Details: Shoreline is holding Community Reconnects in July and August, which are Sunday morning services held outdoors with fun activities afterward. Please pray for good weather and that the congregation will use these opportunities to reconnect with one another in-person. They are also hosting an Ambassadors Soccer Camp July 20-24. Pray that they will have an opportunity to spread the gospel in their local Spanish communities. Pray for the children’s ministry team as they plan and implement one-day mini camps this summer, designed for parents and children to creatively learn to build and bake together while exploring the Word of God. Pray for the outreach of Cleveland YFC’s City Life ministry as it holds many summer programs including a horse camp and soccer camp. Pray that these programs will run smoothly and be an encourage the community. St Pierre & Miquelon (North America). Population: 6,046 Believers: <0.1%. These isolated islands and their people have long been Catholic. Traditions are strong and change has come slowly, despite the economic downturn when the fishing industry all but disappeared. Pray for people to find hope in a living relationship with Christ. St Vincent (Caribbean). Population: 110,278 Believers: 39.1%. St Vincent is a religious country, but most are not related to God through a personal faith in Jesus Christ. There is a crisis of holiness, lack of spiritual fruit, and growing apathy, especially regarding missions. Pray for revival and for restoration of a biblically-based, Spirit-led Church. The Parkside Membership Course is a three-week series that gives an overview of who we are and what we believe as a church. The course meets on the first three Sundays of each month, except for certain holiday Sundays. The classes do not need to be completed sequentially and you do not need to pre-register to attend. This is a great course for those looking to become members as well as those interested in finding out more about Parkside Church. The next series of classes begins Sunday, October 5th, at 10:30am in Room B208.
