Supported Worker: Kep & Debbie James in Africa, Europe, and the Americas
Details: Kep & Debbie James, Africa, Europe, and the Americas Last month, they had a wonderful visit with Kep’s 95-year-old mother in Charlotte, NC. She’s doing well and continues to enjoy meaningful ministry and friendships where she lives. Pray for Kep and Debbie’s upcoming ESI Facilitator Training they will lead with Jose Gutierrez in Costa Rica on February 5–7. Pray that the 80 Costa Rican pastors and church leaders who are signed up to attend this training will commit to studying God’s Word with ESI. Pray for the ESI pastors conference they are preparing to lead in late February in Brazil’s Pantanal in the city of Vilhena. Georgia (Asia). Population: 3,806,671 Believers: 1.5%. Young Georgians have lost interest in the church, with a majority leaving during teenage years. Youth groups have grown in some cases where intentional efforts were made to reach out to young people in creative and relevant ways and where youth were empowered to lead. Pray for churches to thoughtfully share the gospel with young people in relevant ways. From Operation World DVD-ROM 2010 and www.operationworld.org
