Botswana (Africa). Population: 2,562,122 Believers: 8.1%. Praise God for political stability, economic growth, and lower corruption in Botswana. Religious freedom allows agencies to evangelize and plant churches. The government set new goals for health, economy, the environment, and society (Vision 2036), which fit well with biblical principles. Vision 2036 seeks “prosperity for all” and includes a sustainable environment, human and social development, good governance, and peace. Pray that it might be so! The Parkside Membership Course is a three-week series that gives an overview of who we are and what we believe as a church. The course meets on the first three Sundays of each month, except for certain holiday Sundays. The classes do not need to be completed sequentially and you do not need to pre-register to attend. This is a great course for those looking to become members as well as those interested in finding out more about Parkside Church. The next series of classes begins Sunday, October 5th, at 10:30am in Room B208.
