- Details: Kep & Debbie James, Africa, Europe, and the Americas Pray that the church Kep and Debbie planted in La Paz, Bolivia, will continue to grow through the faithful teaching and preaching of God’s Word. Pray for ESI groups meeting in Europe and the US: Italy (4), London (4), Paris (5), Los Angeles (1), Virginia & Florida (3). As participants study the Bible, pray that they will see how all Scripture points to Christ and his gospel and that they will experience gospel transformation in their lives and marriages. In recent travel to Rwanda, Kep and Debbie met with 300 ESI pastors and heard their deep desire to learn from God’s Word. Pray for gospel transformation across Africa. Bermuda (North America). Population: 64,555 Believers: 24.3%. Bermuda is an earthly paradise, and Christianity is a strong part of its heritage. Sadly, the appearance of religion takes priority over genuine spirituality. Pray for revival that brings lifestyles in line with biblical knowledge. Bhutan (Asia). Population: 796,682 Believers: 1.8%. Bhutan is one of the world’s least evangelized nations. The continued isolationist policies of the government combined with the highly significant role of the Buddhist monarchy further reinforce the hold of Vajrayana Buddhism. The Parkside Membership Course is a three-week series that gives an overview of who we are and what we believe as a church. The course meets on the first three Sundays of each month, except for certain holiday Sundays. The classes do not need to be completed sequentially and you do not need to pre-register to attend. This is a great course for those looking to become members as well as those interested in finding out more about Parkside Church. The next series of classes begins Sunday, October 5th, at 10:30am in Room B208.
